Scrapyard Sculpture at MMU

MMUScrapyard Sculpture, a free charity exhibition and auction takes place today April 3rd at Manchester Metropolitan University between 6pm-8pm. Refreshments will be provided.
MMU students have created original pieces of art out of used car parts. Sculptures include a pair of lungs that have been made from a car radiator, and a 7ft robot!

During the event guests will have the opportunity to view the sculptures before they are auctioned online to raise money for local charities. All proceeds from the auction will be divided evenly between Joining Jack, Groundwork, Forever Manchester, The Christie at Oldham, Francis House and Kingfisher Community Special School.
