Sarah McQuaid - Autumn Tour and North West Dates

Sarah McQuaid PictureRising folk star Sarah McQuaid sets out on tour across the UK and USA.

Beginning on the 31st of August and finishing on the 1st of December, this 64-show tour sees the Penzance-based singer/songwriter/guitarist criss-crossing the UK from Cornwall to the Highlands, including a showcase at the London Acoustic Guitar Show and several festival performances, then heading over to the USA for eight weeks (where she’ll be playing at the legendary Caffe Lena and at the 10th anniversary of the Rice Festival amongst other appearances). On her return to the UK, six more concerts precede a well-deserved winter break.

Sarah’s third solo album The Plum Tree and the Rose has drawn critical acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic: “Impeccable,” wrote fRoots (UK), while Midwest Record (USA) called it “low key but glorious and incendiary” and Hot Press (Ireland) said it “should feature on many end-of-year best-ofs.”
