The Lock Inn - With the Demon Barbers

Demon BarbersSome of the UK’s oldest forms of dance collide with some of the youngest in an exciting new folk and hip-hop dance fusion show. The Lock In promises to do for folk dance what Riverdance did for Irish dance and Diversity for street dance, bringing some lesser known forms of that genre into the mainstream, with Music from The Demon Barbers, former winners of the Best Live Act at the BBC Folk Awards.

The Clonter Opera Theatre in Congleton hosts the show on Sunday 17th February 2013 and the audience will be greeted with 5 or more Morris Dancing teams performing as they arrive both outside and inside the venue. Amongst the Morris teams are: The Bollin, Kinnerton, Stafford and Black Dog Molly.

Clonter Opera Theatre, Congleton, Cheshire
Tickets £16, Students £10, Under 16's £8 available at the Clonter Opera Theatre Box Office or by calling 01260 224514.
