More at the Moorcock

Marie LittleThe Moorcock Inn at Blacko has announced its latest listings of Wednesday session/concert nights.

They take place on the first Wednesday of each month with unplugged music of all kinds, mainly folk but blues, jazz, swing, etc are welcome too.

Turn up and leave your name at the door for a spot. There is a guest spot of around 40 minutes, to let performers play a set to showcase their talents. This is usually attended by organisers from 4 folk clubs, so obtaining a gig is possible.

Free admission, a voluntary collection is taken to pay travel expenses to the artist doing the guest spot.
