Bo Weavil Hit Town

Bo WeavilBo Weavil, Manchester based purveyors of folk and old time country blues have a few dates coming up shortly.

They have a 30-40 minute slot at Metal Grill (the Scout Hut, Braintree Rd Wythenshawe) on Saturday 31st March followed by an appearance at Acoustic Wednesdays at Tiger Lounge, Cooper St, Manchester.

Then on Thursday 20th april they’re at Lloyds Bar in Chorlton Manchester.  The Band currently has a four track EP out on reverbnation, which received close to a rave review from Neil King at Fatea.

''Bo weavil capture that sense of a good time and you feel they could deliver it anywhere from a hoedown in a barn to a good sized festival stage, from that gathering of friends to having half the town up and dancing.''
